About Us
We are a small team of passionate people who believe in the power of conversation, play and connection to bring generations back together. Led by Founder Gina Haebich and a group of dedicated volunteers, we run programs in Melbourne that bring older and younger people together to learn from one another, share experiences and create a sense of connection and belonging.
Profits from our fee-for-service programs (see Giggle and Wiggle and Consulting services) are invested back into intergenerational programs that benefit our local community.
About Gina

Gina Haebich
Founder and Lead Consultant
Gina is a Social worker and passionate intergenerational advocate. She was lucky enough to grow up in an intergenerational family, with close connections to her wonderful grandparents (the eldest of whom lived to 100)! These relationships have had a huge impact on her life and helped spark her passion for intergenerational initiatives.
Gina has over 20 years experience working across a range of community service areas, including aged care, mental health, homelessness, early childhood and refugee and asylum seeker support organisations. During her career Gina has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, from infants to centenarians. Her training in trauma-informed care and culturally-aware approaches ensures the design and delivery of intergenerational programs is inclusive of people from all backgrounds, including those who may be experiencing vulnerability or marginalisation.

Support for First Nations Initiatives
We acknowledge that our organisation is based on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the East Kulin Nation. We pay our deep respects to the Elders of this community and honour their role in passing on knowledge, wisdom and cultural practices to the younger generations. We recognise their continuing connection to and care of Country, Sky and Waterways.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the East Kulin nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we are based. We recognise their continuing connection to and care of Country, Sky and Waterways. And we honour the role that First Nations elders have played and continue to play in passing on knowledge, wisdom and cultural practices to younger generations.
This always was and always will be Aboriginal land. We Pay the Rent.
